The founder
Innovation is not something you describe. It's something you lead.
Ten and a half years at Microsoft, driving digital transformation and large-scale change programs for Italy's leading organisations. Then the helm of Flowe, Gruppo Mediolanum's challenger bank, born as a Benefit Corporation and certified B Corp: a digital bank built from scratch, pioneering in both technology and purpose.
Today that same energy is focused in IM: a holding that invests where technology and human potential compound, with a particular focus on AI strategy and adoption.
